**Lost your download link?** You don't need to write in. Enter the email you used at checkout on [Find my downloads](/recover) and we'll send your order pages.

**A problem with a download?** Email us with the product name and the email you bought it with, and we'll sort it out.

**Payments, receipts and refunds** are handled by Link, the merchant of record for every order. Your receipt email from Link has a link to manage the order, or contact [Link support](https://support.link.com). We can also help with refunds: email us with the details.
